Chrono Core TCG is a mech-based trading card game set in the Barzenios System, where the Nine Realms wage war for dominance using customizable mechanized war machines known as Chronos. Players choose a pilot and core, select a chassis type (light-weight, mid-weight, or heavy-weight) and build their deck with configuration, equipment, support, and weapon cards. Games play out in about 25-30 minutes, making it fast enough for a packed tournament night while still offering real strategic depth.
The game launches on May 22, 2026, and we got to try it firsthand at GAMA. The mech customization gives deckbuilding a different feel from most TCGs, and the shorter game length makes it a natural fit for organized play. We're looking forward to seeing the competitive scene develop.
